Troubleshooting
• Always check your spelling of address information. Likewise, be sure that you type in ZIP Codes correctly: if a city and ZIP Code are both typed in, the Location Map will default to the ZIP Code submitted.
• Add street suffixes (such as "Rd." and "St.") and add orientational prefixes (such as "N" or "South") when typing in address field information to better specify the address you are seeking.
• If the address is complete and correctly spelled, try searching without the ZIP Code.

Create a Map
Fill in one or more fields in the form provided. If you wish to search using a street address, be sure to provide a city and State or a ZIP Code, as well as the street number.

Door-to-Door
Door-to-Door directions are detailed directions from a starting street address to a destination street address. Door-to-Door directions are available within some regions of the country. If Door-to-Door directions are not available for a particular starting or destination address, try City-to-City directions instead.

City-to-City
City-to-City directions are available between any two cities or towns in the continental U.S.. Specific addresses are not relevant for City to City directions. Also, the "Turn-by-Turn Maps with Text" display option is not available for City-to-City directions (see Display Options below).

Display Options
Three display options are available for Driving Directions: "Text Only", "Overview Map with Text", and "Turn-by-Turn Maps with Text". Note that options with maps may take longer to download than text options.

Why is the map inaccurate?
Mapping data comes from a number of third party map database providers, and may be infrequently updated for certain areas according to the schedule of those providers, particularly those that rely on U.S. Census Bureau data.
What if my business is incorrectly located on the map?
If your business location is mapped in the wrong spot in a location map, or if your business address is listed wrong, please contact us through the Talk To Us page and we will adjust the location to improve the map output.
Why are the Driving Directions wrong?
There are several reasons that the driving directions could show up incorrectly:
• The starting or destination address was entered incorrectly.
• The user entered a door-to-door routing request for an area that only supports city-to-city routing, so the route started and completed from the city centers.
• The routing database doesn't have a reference, or has an incorrect reference, to one or both of the addresses and therefore cannot create the route.
When I enter an address, why do I get several to choose from?
Occasionally, the mapping database provides you with a list of all the possible selections for the street address you entered. Please select the correct one so that directions can be calculated. If the address that you are looking for isn't in the list, we do not have coverage for that exact address.
