I wanted them to fix the scratches on my new car or take some money off the price so that I could have it fixed. I thought that the salesman had arranged for the car to be fixed but then when I brought it up again they asked me if I had put that request on the bottom line. This means when they put the price and say a car wash on a piece of paper as the conditions of the sale you are made to sign it and that is it. Since the scratch repair was not on there it was verbally agreed on they would not fix them and the salesman lied about it to the owner's son Michael. Watch out! (Hide)
