Overpriced and BAD service

We purchased a car here and it was a horrible experience. They had us write them a check and purchase the car and then go to the bank to get financed. We did, and when we go to the bank, found out that the pricing was off and we ended up paying way too much--2 days after purchasing the car, a wiper motor broke and the air conditioning stopped working correctly. I went right to them and asked what we could do to make it right. A MONTH later we are still sitting with broken wipers waiting for them to decide if they would help us or not. Come to find out, their idea of "help" is getting a discount price on a used part from a junkyard and not fixing or paying anything on it (even though that was mentioned during our first discussion). I now have to fork over ALL the money to fix both probems. I can understand fixing a car if we broke it or if it were several weeks or months after purchasing--but less than 48 hours later?? Cannot believe what BAD service! Will never buy a car there again! (Hide)
