I recieved one on one training and was very pleased with the results of what I learned over the last month. The trainer was patient, answered all my questions and was cheerful. I enjoyed that they came out to my office, my schedule is very hectic. Now I am using this accounting firm to do all my payroll and accounting. (Hide)

Monitors time too greatly in which they undermind the quality of their customer service.

Paid $745 for a few hours of training and software. Afterwards, they refused to help answer a simple technical question without asking for another $275 in additional website membership and labor fees.
1) They monitor their time too greatly; they charge for every phone call conversation even if it's 2-3 minutes long.
2) Personnel lacked and failed to exhibit expertise in field of training and software; hence the reason why I was unsatisfied and refuse to pay additional requested fees.
They're one of those businesses that try to get you once you step your foot in the door, whether you're small or big. BEWARE! (Hide)
