The Canyon Star Restaurant is open for dinner from 5:00pm to 10:00pm, nightly. After sunset vistas over the Canyon, ya'll c'mon in and take a load off! Belly up to the bar at the Canyon Star Saloon and you can experience our famous saddle seats, made from the saddles that actually traveled along the Canyon trails. With nightly specials, wide screen TV coverage of championship sporting events, and even a few locals with stories bigger than the Canyon itself, the Saloon is THE place to be in the Grand Canyon region. We also have a late night Saloon menu that includes sandwiches, hot entres and appetizers fit for any cattle rustler!
