Several lunch options are available to our hungry travelers, to include Lunch Buffet, our featured Lunch Menu, or if you have plans to view the colorful vistas of the Canyon, a Boxed Lunch To Go is the perfect answer! You won't find another restaurant like the Canyon Star anywhere in the region! After an adventurous day of canyon sightseeing, settle in for an evening of southwest cuisine and lively entertainment at the Canyon Star! We have the best flame-broiled steaks in the region and the tastiest barbeque in the territory! You can enjoy Native American performers and a Cowboy Singer during your feast, because they perform every night, right in the center of the restaurant. The Canyon Star Restaurant is open for dinner from 5:00pm to 10:00pm, nightly. After sunset vistas over the Canyon, ya'll c'mon in and take a load off! Belly up to the bar at the Canyon Star Saloon and you can experience our famous saddle seats, made from the saddles that actually traveled along the Canyon trails. With nightly specials, wide screen TV coverage of championship sporting events, and even a few locals with stories bigger than the Canyon itself, the Saloon is THE place to be in the Grand Canyon region. We also have a late night Saloon menu that includes sandwiches, hot entres and appetizers fit for any cattle rustler!
