I had the same problem in my home four months ago. I called Budget Plumbing and the technician didn't know what had caused the clog in my basement or where the clog was located. He also broke off the caps to two of the drains in my basement. This time, I called Roto Rooter. The Roto Rooter technician knew exactly what caused the problem and where it was located under the basement floor. He also replaced the caps that the previous company broke and never replaced. I am wiling to pay more for this level of service. Roto may be $20-$30 more than the "other guys" but you're paying for a level of service that the others cannot give. I will call Roto Rooter every time I have a plumbing problem now! I'm very impressed with the professionalism and the level of service I received. (Hide)
