I called them with a leaking Aquaheater when I was selling my house, during an open house weekend, no less. They came in 40 minutes. Drained the heater, Saturday, and showed up, as promised on Monday morning with a new one. A better, more efficient model. And, they did replacement work that would never have passed current building code inspection. Works great. Called for follow-up service. Same. They gave me an approximate time for another appointment, and showed up on time. Made a third appointment for another issue, same.But this time free service. All guaranteed. Ask for Tiger or Peter. Passed inspection no problem
