They don't check the orders before delivery. The orders are always short something, They charge an automatic 15% tip to your bill so if you get terrible service in which I have experienced, you are rewarding the driver for doing a terrible job! I don't mind the $5.99 service charge but to be billed for an automatic tip is unfair! These drivers know they are getting a tip which in turn they CHOOSE to do a bad job because there are no consequences. You can call and complain but it will take another 30-40 minutes before you get your full order, by that time your lunch time is over and your food is cold. Management will only offer you a $3.00 gift card you can use later but that doesn't solve the problem and you're paying for a service that is terrible. Personally, I think the customer should have the choice to tip the driver if they want to. That 15% tip is added to EVERY order whether it is $15.00 (minimum ordering price) or $100.00+ it doesn't matter. Very unfair business practices! (Hide)
