Worst dining experience ever!

Quick? Think of the last time the service was so bad at a restaurant that you didn?t even make it past the salad. What? Never? Then you absolutely have to try Pizza Mizza at the La Cumbre Mall in Santa Barbara. They refused to take a salad my wife ordered and didn't like (after eating a bite) off the bill. Then continued to argue the point until we decided to leave. They forfeited a $50 bill + all our future patronage over a $.50 salad. The manager actually told my wife she had the right to argue with customers and in the same breath told my wife she didn't have the right to send something back to the kitchen simply because she didn't like it. She said there had to be something 'wrong' with it. Whatever. Avoid this place at all costs. (Hide)
