I never had a complaint about the company...until recently when I called the Customer Service center. Usually they are very polite, but this time a woman named Nancy picked up the phone and was rude, very short with me, and had a terrible attitude. You could hear her sighing in the background while I was trying to explain my problem to her, she was rushing me off the phone, and she was a hair short of screaming at me. I also asked about a home inspection since my daughter will be selling her home soon and she said "I'm not the person who handles that and you would have to call back to talk to someone about that." I have been a customer for many, many years (almost 30), but I can say that I will think much harder this year about renewing my contract with Arrow (and my daughter will do her home inspection elsewhere!) due to their (lack of) customer service representation. I hope the Owners/Managers of the company see this and dismiss this woman's employment without question. (Hide)

Arrow is a very efficent and organized company. The technicans are well informed and reliable. Most of all, the office personal is outstanding. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for pest control and I recently found out they do Home Inspections including radon testing. (Hide)
