Quality Tasting Food and Entertainment/Customer Service was awful!!...
I've had several BAD experiences at Arielle's...I tried very hard to give them the chance a "New Business"... (Show All)
I've had several BAD experiences at Arielle's...I tried very hard to give them the chance a "New Business" deserves...Customer Service was always terrible...The Servers were not familiar with the Menu at all!!...They always took more than 11/2 HRS to serve a table...After we were served, the Server never came back...There was a TIP JAR for entertainment located in front of the Band, this Jar was graced by my company, then a $5 charge for the Band was added to the ticket. When the owner was approached about this issue he became very upset and demanded we pay...Earlier visits at Arielle's did not require this gratuity for "Fine Dining"...The owner was seen talking very ugly to his staff on many occassions...The owner is very detached from satisfying his customers...On a separate occasion I witness his staff struggling in a confrontation with other customers trying to resolve issues that a Manager should have been involved in...My friends and I will never go back...
