Management indecisiveness/need improvement

We bought tickets for a showing on Feb 3rd at 7:15. While we were purchasing snacks at the food counter, several individuals were discussing the fact that the bathroom facilities were inoperable. We were seated and enjoyed about 2 minutes of the movie before the screen was reset to commercials. Management shut down all 14 showings at one time due to the facilities issue. The lobby was chaotic while everyone waited in line for a refund. We did not wait in the confusion to obtain our refund very very unhappy with how the situation was handled. There are several things that could have been done in order to handle the situation much better such as shut down one showing at a time allowing others to enjoy the movie while reducing confusion on the refund process, deciding before 7-7:15 rush to close the facility, etc. Needless to say, we did not receive our $21.
