We moved to a new house and found that we weren't the only occupants. ICK! The carpet beetles and spiders I could squish, but the centipedes and jumping spider-like cricket things that look like some science experiment gone horribly wrong were going to do me in. (I found out from the exterminator that these are called "Cave Crickets")
I had heard from my neighbors that they'd been unhappy with Orkin, so I did a web search and found Titanium. I'm SO glad I did! First, I was shocked when the receptionist was cordial...and then nearly passed out when she said they could have someone out SAME DAY. My husband nearly fell over when, in fact, the guy did show up...and ON TIME! He was fabulous! He talked with us, went over the house thoroughly, then did his thing. This was back in early March. It's now June and I have yet to see any live creepie crawlies in my house.
I never thought I'd gush about a pest control service...but I'm in love! (Hide)
