Everything they say about themselves on their website sounds fantastic. In reality it is the exact opposite. For months we emailed them asking where the chest we ordered was. Occasionally they would reply with "we'll check it out and get back to you", "it was suppose to be shipped", "we'll ask our suppliers". There was no tracking number, finally we asked for our money back. We never heard from them again. Don't believe their customer reviews, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. (Hide)
