Beware! An obnoxious service rep probably saved me from a fiasco. I called, told the rep i was interested in dsl service. He told me his name - then i had another call coming in. I said, sorry, give me a second fo this call. He says "oh, christ.!!" The other call was from a John at ... Hughesnet!! ??? "I understand you want dsl ?" Told him i was already on line w/ Hughesnet. ?? Went back to first guy; he says (in a demanding way, & like he would be setting up a file) "whats your name ?" I told him i first needed answers to a few questions (how much is dsl, how soon could i have it?) He says "i gave you mine name, why won't you give me yours?" I said i need first to know whether or not to pursue.... He says "what your problem???" That was it; i said i know enough to know i don't want Hughesnet. I hung up, immediately the phone rang. It was HIM, saying "you have no right not to talk to me!" I immediately hung up. He called twice more, i wouldn't answer. Beware; desperate company (Hide)
