Hotel was just average. If you are booking a suite - be sure to ask for the SUPER DELUXE SUITE, not the Executive suite. The Executive is SMALL and stuffy for a family. Our friends got a nice suite and ours was the pits. The next day the hotel staff did change us into a Super Deluxe and took some money off the bill. I was satisfied. The Super Deluxe is nice and roomy. Request a pool view or on the ground floor if you have kids or if you like to open your doors and have fresh air and not just AC. Other family members were satisfied with the standard room. The hotel restaurant was much nicer than I thought it would be. A friend had chicken and portabello mushrooms and pasta and it looked great and was reasonably priced. This hotel is in the middle of Clearwater and just around the corner from too many restaurants to mention, a huge shopping center with a great selection of stores, including a Super Target. (Hide)
