I've been trying to cancel my service, but no one will return my calls. They keep passing me on to different departments. I've talked to the people at customer service on the national level and the local level, my salesman, managers (2), account people, and tech support. It's been a horrible experience. Everyone will talk to me once, then say they have to look something up and never call back. This has been going on for 5 months now. (Hide)

Install was seamless, lots of great add-on features as well, such as fire and smoke detection (great for those of us who travel and/or have pets) and cell backup (in case phone lines are ever cut during a break in. Great Customer Service so far. A+ (Hide)
