We had a master bath leak. We called Utility Service Express to evaluate what it would take to repair the leak. We were charged $99 for the visit along with a repair quote of $750. In addition, we were told that the subsequent repair required that a hole in the drywall on the opposite side of the shower would be required AND that would not repair it afterwards. We called a competitor, they came & repaired the problem with spare parts for $196 ... visit included. I was very surprised and disappointed with this company. I would recommend looking elsewhere for plumbing work. (Hide)
