Liberty Plumbing handles their plumbing sales and repairs in the DC/NoVA area (per USE website and invoice). This is a review of Liberty.
The technicians showed up 6 hours after leaving a message saying they were on their way. He stated because i didn't answer the phone, he went to another job first. I was charged the following:
1x 90 degree copper cupling
2x 1/2" copper cupling
1x 8" of 1/2" copper pipe
parts: $84.00
total price (parts plus approx 1.5 hrs labor): $320.00
They also identified another leak in the overflow catch of an upstairs tub. They didn't have part, and scheduled a time later in the week to replace. That morning, i got a message saying the part hadn't come in and was given a new date (today). No call and no plumber today. Gives me an opportunity to shop elsewhere :) If you think the above price/treatment is reasonable then they're your guys!! (Hide)
