I placed an online confirmed order at 9am, but didn't get an email until 2pm stating that there wasn't a florist... (Show All)
I placed an online confirmed order at 9am, but didn't get an email until 2pm stating that there wasn't a florist available in the delivery area. They had to process a refund, and I was just lucky that I checked my email later that day to find out I needed to find a new florist. VERY inconvenient!!! (Hide)

My experience with this company was horrible! I suggest you just call a real florist in the town you want to sent flowers, or call your local neighborhood flower shop and ask them to help you find someone in the town you need flowers in. Talk to someone you trust in your town, they are more connected in the industry and can help you find a real trusted source. That has been my experience. (Hide)
