Their customer service department and customer relations manager are very service oriented, and seem to express desire to make sure we're satisfied with svc. Drivers are uniformed and very courteous. Before I signed up I had mixed expectations after using 2 other companies locally. But after talking to their customer relations manager who answered all my questions, he wanted to know more about my company- I could tell he listened. Not only did I get the answers my boss needed, but he provided information on their company, how they can provide solutions to other things I need done (I hate going to the PO and wait in line to get our mail). But I like the fact they are open 24/7, I sometimes have to go pick up at the airport at night. Or a client in Seattle needed plans one Saturday. I may be rambling on, but I'm sold. Their flexibility really means they bend over backwards. It shows. (Hide)
