First I was reluctant to try computer customer service because of previous miscommunication experience over the phone. Then after checking for the on-line options for setting up a home network wirelessly I chose the BrimstonePC. Their testimonial ratings were higher than the others.
Bill was really professional, knowledgeable and willing to help. I did like the idea of giving control over my computers to a professional while observing and learning. I even had some additional PC questions and they were answered too. My expectations were met; the service was reliable and honest. Next time when I need a computer fix I will call to the BrimstonePC for a quick solution.
