If you like getting the police involved to return used goods that have been repackaged as "new", this is THE place for you! We were sold a USED phone that was repacked and sold as new. We attempted to return it the next day, and manager, "Scott" said there were no refunds EVER. Um, not in NY - where you can't sell used goods without labeling them as used. After 3 hours and a trip to the 13th precinct, we were back arguing with "Rocky", Manager 2 who accused us of swapping the goods because the serial number on the box didn't match the phone. Good ole Rocky smugly checked inventory and lo and behold both items were part of their stock, the phone was sold before, returned, swapped and repacked by THEM. A-HA! Guess who's grinning now...Then the Rock tries to tell me my only choice was store credit. Yeah. Like I want to relive this nightmare AGAIN. Got my refund when I said give me my money or a jury of angry NY consumers could compare serial numbers to his inventory and decide. Rock THAT! (Hide)
