This business has ripped me off. I bought a computer from them and it never worked properly. Whenever I took it in for them to look at it, which was about 4 or 5 times, they would keep it for 2 or 3 weeks and the problems just kept getting worse.
It was a horrible experience dealing with them. I ended up reporting them to the BBB and nothing happened there, so we ended up going to small claims. We ended up with a 5,000 dollar settlement in our favor which they never paid to this date. Do not ever deal with them.
Oh and by the way, they rarely use genuine versions of Windows XP and they don't give you the cd's to recover the computer yourself, so you have to go back to them and pay them more. (Hide)
