AcRepair are cheater. Never go to them. I recently moved from Michigan to California and one fine morning my computer stopped working. I did not have my boot drive with me. So, I called Greg(AcRepair) and he asked me to drop my laptop to receptionist. Next day he called me and told me that laptop is in really bad condition, its dvd drive is not working, its hard drive has crashed and it will cost me close to $400 to repair it. I trusted him and asked him to backup the data. Meantime I went ahead and bought another laptop from officedepot. I gave external hard drive to Greg and he charged $125 for data backup. Somehow I got my boot CD & searched for error in google and fixed the error in less than 5 min. Now, when I returned my laptop to officedepot, they charged $135 as restocking fee. I called Greg and asked him to take the responsbility of this fiasco and pay me something back. He simply refused to do. I have already filed dispute from my credit card company and hope to get my money (Hide)
