Notably good service experience

As a radio broiadcaster, our lifeline is our telephone system. We purchased a new phone system from another vendor, but it was unable to handle the tremendous volumes of calls when one of our stations runs an on-air call-in contest. The system would completely crash; causing dropped calls to our main business lines as well as to our talk-format AM station. It would take about 10 minutes for the system to be powered downand restarted. ABILICOM came to our rescue by reconfiguring our system and applying a software upgrade that the company that installed the system didn't even know about! ABILICOM was so knowledgeable... and they didn't even sell us the system! They were sensitive to our needs and effected all repairs in the middle of the night and stayed for several hours in the day, to make sure everything was functioning properly! We now have a maintenance contract at many of our facilities. Thanks,
