The food was tasty, the price was reasonable, the ambiance was okay. Our 1st time was a great experience. We had a great server. The second time was terrible. Our server, Cham was very inefficient and unsympathetic. 1st of all they ran out of the appetizer that we ordered, Secondly they took our order wrong. We were 3 plates (of Pork Barbeque) short, so while one of our guest was eating, the rest of us were sipping thai tea. Instead of the server offering an alternative for us to get our food, she simply said: "Sorry, Kitchen's closed" and refused to get her manager for us. This went on for about 5 minutes (of debating). Finally one of our guest got up and found the manager himself. The manager was very professional and very considerate. He apologized for the inconvenience and set the kitchen staff to prepare our dishes right away. Kudos to the manager. The server needs to be educated or trained though. Servers like CHAM can spoil the reputation of the restaurant. (Hide)
