I went to look at the new Jeeps, with the intention of only comparing the new styles and prices. The sales person that approached us seemed very cordial, and let us test drive the Sahara. We asked how much they could give us for our 2001 Jeep Cherokee Laredo (fully Loaded). We made it clear that we did not want our credit checked and we were not in the means of buying right away. The sales person clearly said the following, " We can do that, were not forcing you to buy, you're the client". I purchased my Jeep through this same company, and had an entirely different experience. There was no hassle. When it was time to see the estimate of a possible trade in, another person stating that he was the manager started to ask what jeep we were buying. We told him that we were not buying yet, just needed some answers. He became very irate and began to say that the sales person said we were buying. He made it seem like we were wasting his time. That?s when we decided to walk out and never return (Hide)
