I recently bought a used maxima from Andy Mohr and my experience was such that I won't be going back to them ever, for anything. 1. Fuel door did not pop open when the release button was pressed. I was told by sales that they spoke with the service dept and that this was normal & that i had to pry it open. WHAT?!? I'm not stupid... so either the sales guy lied, or the service dept is incompetent. 2. Went to have an issue looked at by the body shop (some damage sustained during a snow storm) I was told to replace a control arm but the car would have to stay for another day. I don?t have that kinda time, so I had another shop replace it (PFM Car Care in Zionsville - I highly recommend NOT using them) only to find out that this did not fix the problem and found out that the Andy Mohr body shop just drove it (no inspection on the lift) and GUESSED what the problem is. 2 days & $450 later I have nothing to show for it. Thanks Andy. Do what you want, but I won't be going back. (Hide)
