National Car Rental at the Monroe,LA airport does not honor internet rentals. We reserved a van for a party of 7 and they did not have one when we arrived. I asked for two smaller cars at the same price which they would not agree too. Be very careful when you rent from them, especially if you need a van. (Hide)
