Very disappointing experience, overpriced, bad service and did not come through with their end of things. Did not steam press wedding gown nor petticoat, and didn't want to store my dress, they didn't even want to do any alterations! anyway it was just a truly disappointing experience.
I'm very far from being a bridezilla, I'm always a patient and understanding person.....This is my first time writing a review because I don't like to write negative things about anyone but this was the big exception. (Hide)
