Not happy with them. Walked in to get a puller to take the arms off a 3 piece crank. When he asked what kind of bike it was I told him it was a Mongoose I bought 2 years ago, He asked where I got it and I said Dicks Sporting Goods He let me know in pritty cut and dry tone that the bike was junk. I will never go to the shop for parts or tools their again, ever. I just bought the crank puller and left. Now on John's Cyclery bike shop in St. Albans will keep my buisness. (Hide)
