The aesthetician (Staci) in their Spa Medica dermatology department was knowledgable on all cosmetic procedures (including treatments they do not even provide). She did a "no charge" consultations and was able to assist me in choosing the best treatment within my budget in a top notch setting (and best of all she was ontime!). In their waiting room I could choose from hot tea, water bottles, they had a flat screen TV, an inviting waterfall when you walk in the door and feather comforters on their treatment tables (not paper!). They accepted my insurance for a medical procedure I had. Their staff is VERY friendly, helpful and best of all you do not need to be a member. I highly recommend the entire club. (Hide)
