HORRIBLE! The worse experience I have ever had. The place is very old and in dire need of remodeling. I was suppose to have a "Ultimate" facial. HA! What a joke! I was brought into a 'non-private' room with some other person giving a customer a hair cut/blow dry. I was asked to lay on the table in my street clothes! NO privacy, NO candles burning, NO soft music. This was the farthest thing from relaxing or tranquil! The lady had no idea what she was doing! She put an exfoliator on my face and proceeded to take it off with dry cotton balls which left fibers of cotton all over my face. She then put oil on my face and proceeded to try and give me a face massage. Horrible! She keep chocking me as she rubbed up my neck and kept suffocating me when she would massage my nose. The whole facial went like this. The only time she ever used a 'wash clothe' on me was when she took the mask off my face. And that was cold! Talking and laughing could be heard throughout the whole building! HORRIBLE (Hide)
