I had a terrible experience with FTD and wouldn't recommend them. They sent my order to a florist, who filled it "with substitution", which is FTD's way of getting out of what I saw on the Internet. I complained, and it's been a week and no one from FTD has even had the courtesy to call me back. The florist actually called me herself and sent different flowers (at her cost) and now I understand FTD won't even reimburse her. Don't use FTD.com. There is no personalization. You're better off picking up the phone and calling your local florist. (Hide)
