this company was called at 11:30am PST and was told that I would have someone to repair my vehicle window between... (Show All)
this company was called at 11:30am PST and was told that I would have someone to repair my vehicle window between 12noon and 5pm PST. I called several times to get an approximate time to expect the technician here after being home all day waiting. Everytime I called I was told that one was coming after he finish the job that he was on! I called again and still was told that he would be here as soon as he was finished. Finally the last call came around 6pm and was then told that they were closed and my appointment was schedule for tomomorrow. It has been an whole day wasted when I could have gone elsewhere to have my window replaced. I would never call this company again and would never recommend them to anyone. That to me is BAD SERVICE and BUSINESS within this company! (Hide)
