I called to find out if they had a part I was looking for and they said yes. Just to make sure I called again on my... (Show All)
I called to find out if they had a part I was looking for and they said yes. Just to make sure I called again on my way there and they said yes again. So I get there to find out they did not have the part I was trying to get. I explained that I came all the way from Tampa to find out they don't have it??????!!!!!!!!! The old guy that helped me said that if he knew I was coming from Tampa he would have checked better???????????? Is this the way these people does business? They did no even credit me for the gas and time spent (30 miles each way) and at the end their "I am sorry it was an inventory mistake" did not do it for me. Very poor service and understanding of customer satisfaction. I will not come back to this business until they train and organize the people they have answering the phone and checking parts for customers. Maybe retiring those old folks and putting better trained people will help the business. One unsatisfied customer will more likely be multiply by many others if (Hide)
