Worst contractor ever

A&W did not order my windows until 5 months after I paid the down payment. It took them about 4 months after I paid the down payment for them to show up. The job was not completed correctly and they came back numerous times. It is still not done according to contract or code.
This is an excerpt from a letter I sent them in response:
The lower window panels on the lanai do not match the ones on top in terms of thickness and visual appearance. The ones on the top are thicker and clearly double pane. The windows you replaced on the bottom are thinner and clearly do not have the same air space as those on top. To secure the panels in place, you added an additional ½ inch of aluminum around the frame causing a significant decrease in the area that can be seen out of the windows. These braces were screwed into place-this was a deviation over the original design of slip covers that snapped into place. The windows look like they are part of an erector set from the 1920?s.
