Not a good place to go at all

Very rude staff. Supposedly did an electronic diagnostic on my transmission but failed to notice the shifting module... (Show All)
Very rude staff. Supposedly did an electronic diagnostic on my transmission but failed to notice the shifting module was missing. I don't know how you do an electronic diagnostic and don't notice that a component of the computer is not there! Charged $100 for electronic diagnostic and told me there was 'internal damage' and it would cost another $350 to remove and open the transmission to see what the problem was - they said it could cost thousands to fix. I sold the vehicle at a huge financial loss...the new owner went to another transmission shop and had it fixed for $200. They only had to put in a new shifting module. There was no internal damage and the vehicle continues to run. They did not tell the truth and they are not honest. The are rude and not one bit helpful. Unless you have money to burn or throw away - steer clear of this establishment and find yourself an honest and reputable rebuilder for your transmission repairs. (Hide)
