At American Samurai Grill & Sushi Bar we've taken some traditional Japanese dishes, and put an American spin on them. We want everyone to know that Japanese food is so much more than just raw fish.

Most of our sushi is cooked, but we do serve some of the more popular raw items. We have some outstanding chicken and beef entres as well as excellent traditional Japanese dishes like tempura.

Japanese food is more than just sushi, fish or seafood. We offer Asian/American dishes, like salads, noodle and rice bowls, hibachi grilled steaks, chicken and shrimp. Our children's menu includes all the favorites kids are used to.
