I've visit Miami many times throughout the years and have taken many shuttles and taxis but out of all the transportation services I've received, this company is #1 on my list. I've never taken the time out to ever rate things but in this case I made an exception. These people go out of their way for their customers. In my case, I had forgotten my cell phone in the shuttle. When I noticed it wasn't in my pocket I called the phone number on the card, explained what had happened and within 3 days they mailed me my phone. I can't say that I would have taken the time out to do something like that but I'm thankful that there are people like that still out in the world. I highly recommend their service to anyone that's has never visit Miami. Thank you guys for saving my behind!
