Do not borrow... They will cheat you on outrageous terms... You will never finish paying off loan at those rates..... There are other options out there... Keep looking....

Loan sharks people. How can the Government allow a organization to lend 5K at that rate. By the time you pay 5K back you end up paying over 40K.
