The man told me that they're on their way & arrived about 15 minutes later (which was before the time that they originally told me (about 30-45min) They towed me to my body shop with no problem and the price was right!I would refer these guys over & over! They were providers thru my insurance co. towing service. I waited on Interstate 95 North on a friday afternoon for 4 hours during rush hour before arrival Then the truck driver convinced me to have the vehicle assessed and repaired thru them or if I blew the engine they would give me $150.00 for salvaging the vehicle. They never returned any of my calls. I had my insurance co. contact them to find out the status of the vehicle. They said the engine was blown and would meet me at their shop to give me the money and I would sign the vehicle over to them. I waited over 2 1/2 hours and no one showed up! Someone finally called as I was crossing the DE Mem. Bridge in my rental car to say they would be there in 5 min. I was visiting family in Maryland and on my way home to RI when the engine blew in Delaware so I wasn't returning to the shop. The secretary said a check would be in the mail for the $150. That was 3 weeks ago and they still refuse to return calls. (Hide)

I would like to say it's a shame how this call turned out. The roadside company dispatched us out after she had already been waiting a long time for another company. We arrived within 30 minutes. Once on location the member stated she was going to RI but didn't want to pay for a tow that far. She said she was going to go back to her daughter's and asked if we could look at her car, assess the problem and get back to her with an estimate. We did this and she would owe for the overage miles for the tow and the diagnostic of her car totalling $165.00 or $1500-$3000 to replace the motor. She said she'd let us know what she would do and also asked if we bought junk cars. With the condition of this vehicle we would give $150. She decided to junk the car and would send us the title. Once we have the title we will send the money for the vehicle. We are still waiting and would love to complete the transaction. (Hide)
