The bid was one of the lowest we received. Jon and Ed answered every question we had and offered reasonable solutions. Other contractors increased the bid significantly when certain areas required a different type of paint or a minor change in the preparation process. Majestic acted like they wanted our business and focused on how to accomplish what we wanted.
During the process Jon was very communicative. He kept us current on a daily basis. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. A minor additional painting area was added during the process at no charge. Overall, very pleasant and reliable people to work with.
The final product is professional quality and met our expectations. We would recommend Majestic for any paint job.
