The return policy is very specific and not explained when you purchase a game. I bought a $40 Wii game and then returned it a few days later and was only given $16.00 STORE CREDIT. The game was awful (after they recommended it) and it didn't even work with my Wii remote. The manager heard my complaints but didn't even get engaged in the situation. I understand the game was now considered "used" however, it stunk, didn't work, and came highly recommended from one of the sales reps in the store. Now that I check Amazon.com I see the game has horrible reviews and is $4.00 cheaper. I am all about supporting the local guys, but come on folks a bit of flexibility when the product you sold was defective would be good. Be careful what you buy here! (Hide)

It's sad when cames that came out within the past few years are considered rare, and this is due to Gamespots policy on only carrying current gen games. Its hard to find LOZ: Twilight Princess on the Gamecube from this place. This game is highly popular and came out just over a year ago for godsakes !
So my biggest gripe with Gamespot is, that they have monopolized the VG business, and if they don't carry the game, it means the game is now " rare ". That leads to searching ebay for this so called " rare " game, which means you pay 70 bucks for a game that came out 2 years ago. Rare to me, is Tecmo Super Bowl on the NES, not Metroid Prime Hunters on the Nintendo DS.
