We were having problems with Black Widows in our home (in our young sons bathroom no less) and decided that we weren't going to wait until someone got hurt before we did something about it.Many of the exterminators listed had good reviews - Fairway had great reviews. Even better, they were local with local reviews to similar problems. The exterminator was very kind, explained what he was going to do and what we needed to do to be safe. He offered a longer term contract, but there was no pressure. He was happy to perform whatever service we chose. We went with the contract because the price was so good and we felt at ease with the exterminator.About two weeks in, it doesn't look like any spiders have survived the treatment. Even better, Fairway will be out to spot clean should anything else sneak into the house.Fairway was the best choice for our needs. We're telling friends about 'em, happy with our experience! (Hide)
