The flowers never arrived and I never received a single phone call. I checked my email and found out FTD sent an email 4 hrs after the order confirmation notifying they will not deliver my order. The fact that it was impossible to deliver is perfectly fine, but not giving me a single phone call to advise me is not. That shows me the level of quality and care this people have for their customers. I recommend you not to order anything from this company it may cost you more that you may even imagine. FTD does not deliver the flowers, they use a local florist for their orders, but charge a service fee (about $14.00) which they keep AND they take a 27% commission out of the flower total. If you spent $100 after taxes this means the florist gets a... If you spent $100 after taxes this means the florist gets about $56.00 to fill the order after the fees and commission are taken out. It is a waste of money. I ordered from my local FTD florist and had a great experience! The flowers arrived timely and were big beautiful roses which lasted a week. Thank you, Eve's Garden in Oil City!You made my mom's day.

My advice is buy from a local florist directly, not a clearing house. It may look like a good deal but your local florist cares! These clearing houses only care about making money.

They never contacted me I had to call again the next day to find our the status, then I was told that because I was one day late on their 7 day guarantee they could do nothing for me. $60 down the drain. Call local florist directly to get best value and price. these guys are just middlemen who charge you money and then call the local florist. Speaking directly to the florist you will know what is nicest and freshest in THEIR shop.
