Terrible service. They broke my waterline. Hook up took about an hour, but the service to the "pole" was not turned on. Was told it would be turned on in 24-48 hrs. Been 9 days, no service. Cancelled my contract with them tonight. They stink.

The service never works and the customer service is awful. The never give discounts on nonworking service and you will still owe the entire over inflated price. We need competition in this town so I can switch
I wish there was an alternate viable ISP in the area because I am very tired of this company regulary raising my price. Im paying almost 90 dollars a month for just internet. This is terrible.
