Bank was suppose to wire money into my account, instead they tried to take it out. Totally messed up my checking account and they don't care. Don't know when it will be corrected.

Ally takes your money with no problems but when you try to withdraw it they make you jump through the hoops!

This is how banking should be done! I assume customers will also be able to speak "face-to-face" with their banker from home to obtain services?
